Every Free Market sale, tracked since launch. Find the right price for anything, sell faster, and see how rich the world is.
Free Market prices, weighted by where the mesos actually flow, have doubled.
Tools for your next trade: what to charge, what anything is worth, and what each upgrade adds.
Search what you want to sell. You get the right price, how fast it sells at every price, where its buyers are, and who you're competing with, live from the market right now.
Players list characters here and buyers message them on Discord. Free to post with a Google sign-in. Listings stay up for 14 days.
Trades happen between players. Maple Inflation doesn't verify listings or handle payment. Never pay before you've seen the character, and know that buying or selling accounts may break the game's terms.
Every item on the market floats at its own height. The gold line is its launch price: what got pricier rises, what got cheaper sinks. Press play to watch the economy move, or click any item for its story.
What every plus is worth. For each piece of gear we take its key stat (attack for weapons, LUK or DEX for accessories, defense for armor) and compare it to the most common copy with no extras.
Why prices change, what the meso is worth in real money, and the economics nobody else computes.
The average hides the real story. What players buy to get stronger or look good is exploding. What everyone farms is getting cheaper.
The median price change across all items, unweighted. This is how it feels to buy a random item. The headline index rises because the big money goes into scrolls and Cash Shop items.
Pets and Cash Shop utilities cost a fixed amount of real money, and players resell them on the Free Market for mesos. That gives a daily exchange rate between mesos and dollars.
Median of fixed-price Cash Shop items, 3-day window. Dashed lines mark official Nexon changes.
Real-world economics, run on Maple World. Market mood, what an hour of grinding pays, whether scrolling beats buying, the best hour to sell, and how unequal the world really is. Every number is computed from real trades.

Forge cost = buying a clean copy and scrolling it with the cheapest scroll tier, re-trying until you hit the target (Lesser 100%, Intermediate 60%, Greater 10%), selling the misses back at market.
Each class's basket: its gear, its weapon attack scrolls, glove scrolls and ammo, weighted by what players actually spend. Launch = 100.
— less stuff for the same loot than on launch day
Each day, the share of all mesos traded that went into each type of item. Watch players' priorities shift.
How many mesos exist, who has them, and which monsters drop the most.
Our estimate of every meso that has entered the Classic World economy since launch, and how it is split between players.

Every kill pays twice: the mesos on the floor, and the drops you can sell. We priced every drop at today's Free Market price to find what's actually worth farming.
Source: every sale seen on the Classic World Free Market since October 7: sales of items by different sellers.
An item's price on a day: the median of that day's sales, per unit. Median, not average, so one crazy sale can't move anything.
The index: a direct Törnqvist price index, the method statistics agencies use. Every day is compared to launch (October 8–10 = 100) using a 3-day window. Each item is weighted by its share of mesos traded, averaged between launch and that day. Only items with at least 10 sales in both windows count.
Why direct, not chained: we also built a day-to-day chained index. Prices jumped so much in the first week that chaining inflated the result to +145%. The direct comparison and two cross-checks (Laspeyres and Paasche) all land close together.
The Price Sky: each item is compared to its own first three trading days (for items that appeared later, from the day they showed up). Icon size reflects mesos traded.
Meso vs. dollar: 1,000 NX = $1. For a fixed basket of Cash Shop items that have traded since launch, we divide the Free Market meso price by the NX price and take the median each day.
Upgrades: listings and recent sales with their stats. "+N" is the item's key stat above the most common value among clean copies. Solid bars are real sales; outlined bars are current asking prices. New sales are collected every minute, so this section grows every day.
"Mesos traded": the day's median price times units sold. It's money moving between players, not new money. Daily sales also rose because more sales were being recorded, so it doesn't measure the size of the economy. The index isn't affected, because it compares prices, not quantities.
